Founder & CEO

Robbie Varello is the Founder and CEO of Horsepower Sports, a Long Island–based sports and entertainment media company built around authentic personalities, passionate fan conversations, and high-energy original content. A former collegiate lacrosse player, Robbie brings an athlete’s competitive mindset and a lifelong love of sports to everything he creates. He is also the co-host of The Bob and Baz Show, combining strong NFL opinions, humor, and a whole lot more. Through podcasts, live shows, fan-driven series, and local collaborations, Robbie’s goal is to grow Horsepower Sports into a recognizable media brand that gives everyday sports fans a voice—and never takes itself too seriously.

Christopher Alterio

Co-Host, The Bob & Baz Show

Christopher is the co-host of The Bob and Baz Show and one of the original personalities behind Horsepower Sports. A passionate New England Patriots fan, Christopher brings humor, strong opinions, and an unpredictable energy that keeps every conversation entertaining. Whether he’s debating the biggest stories in football, taking part in the show’s challenges, or searching for his next meal on “Baz Does Grub,” he delivers an authentic and naturally funny perspective that connects with everyday sports fans. As Horsepower Sports continues to grow through podcasts, live events, and original content, Christopher remains a major part of the brand’s personality—keeping things entertaining, unfiltered, and never too serious.

Victor Barsotti

Filmmaker, Editor & Producer

Victor Barsotti is the filmmaker, editor and producer behind The Bob & Baz Show. A BFA Film graduate from Purchase College, Victor handles everything from filming and lighting to editing and making Bob & Baz look like they know what they’re doing. When he’s not behind the camera, you’ll probably find him drinking beers, surfing, or convincing himself he has time for another project. He’s been with the pod since Day 2. Tori Bair

Chief of Quality Control

Tori is in charge of making sure everything Horsepower Sports produces meets our standards for quality, accuracy, brand integrity, and audience expectations. In short, she keeps us on top of what’s trending and always makes sure we stay “brand safe.” Tori loves all things sports—and when we say sports, we mostly mean football. A lot of that football obsession comes from the bond she shares with her dad and brother… with a little sports gambling sprinkled in for good measure. Beyond quality control, Tori has a constant drive to create. Whether she’s spotting the next online trend, brainstorming new marketing materials, catching the little details before they become big ones, or throwing another idea into the mix, she helps keep Horsepower Sports fresh, creative, and moving forward.
